BOURGOGNE GOLD TOUR

Bespoke Burgundy wine holidays over two or three days

Build my Burgundy wine holidayPrivate & bespoke wine tours since 1999

A longer stay lets each wine day have a purpose. Instead of repeating the same circuit, build a sequence of private excursions that introduces Burgundy, deepens your interests and leaves time to enjoy the region between appointments.

A two-day outline for red and white wine interests

One starting idea is a day in the Côte de Nuits followed by a day in the Côte de Beaune. The order can be reversed to fit appointments and your arrival plans.

This outline is useful when you want to explore Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in different settings. The detailed programme will identify visits, tasting selections and travel, rather than rely on a fixed list of famous names.

A third day that adds a different perspective

A third excursion could explore Chablis and the Grand Auxerrois, or southern Burgundy. These are distinct routes with their own travel requirements, so choose the option that adds most to your interests.

You may instead prefer a free day, a heritage visit or a meal. A wine holiday can be rewarding without adding another full tasting programme every day.

Distinguish excursions from a complete stay

Several private tours do not automatically make an all-inclusive holiday. Discuss the accommodation, dining and concierge support you need, and check which services are actually arranged in the proposal.

Flights, hotel nights, meals and long-distance transfers should each be stated when included. This makes the division between the wine programme and the rest of your travel easy to understand.

Bring the whole itinerary into the conversation

Share the nights you will spend in Burgundy, your arrival and departure points, party size and guide language. If your group has different energy levels or interests, tell us so that the sequence can allow suitable pauses and variety.
