Private group experiences and celebrations in Burgundy
Describe my group experiencePrivate & bespoke wine tours since 1999Share Burgundy with the people you want beside you. Bourgogne Gold Tour develops private experiences for groups and Wine Clubs, allowing the purpose of your gathering to shape the wine programme and the practical arrangements.
Tell us what brings the group together
Friends travelling together, a Wine Club exploring a region and an anniversary visit do not need the same itinerary. Describe the occasion, the experience level of the group and what you would like guests to remember.
A birthday or another personal milestone can be discussed as a project. The specific services, venue and degree of privacy will be confirmed in the proposal; the occasion itself does not establish a complete event package.

Choose a shared experience without losing individual interests
Some guests may want technical tasting detail while others prefer landscape and heritage. Tell us about that range so the route and explanations can offer a common experience.
For a Wine Club, send the club’s interests, preferred appellations and any learning goals. A focussed brief is more useful than a long list of estates that may not be available for visits.

Arrange the meal, vehicle and optional additions
Group size and luggage help determine the vehicle or transport arrangement. If a meal is central to the event, establish its format and timing before the rest of the programme becomes fixed.
The site also presents a professional photographer as a particular request. If images of the experience matter to you, ask about that option and how it would fit the day, including the arrangements with visited venues.
Be clear about what private means
A private tour is organised for your own party. Exclusive use of a dining room, château or tasting space is an additional requirement. Specify the privacy you need so it can be checked for each place.
Wine Club events are among the services presented. Share group numbers, dates and the club’s interests for a proposal.
Not automatically. The proposal should confirm where exclusive use is arranged and where it is not.
No. For any large celebration, describe the project so that the scope and providers can be established separately.
